Cairo – Mubasher: Pioneers Properties for Urban Development (PRE Group) announced the execution of a treasury shares purchase transaction during today's trading session, Thursday, October 15, 2026.
The company clarified, in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange, that it executed the purchase of 550 thousand treasury shares today.
This comes with reference to the Board of Directors meeting held on August 22, 2026, regarding the purchase of treasury shares.
