Egypt Post is participating in the eighth edition of the "Turathna" Exhibition for Handicrafts and Heritage Arts, held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in the Fifth Settlement, from October 17 to 24, with the participation of more than 1,000 exhibitors from various craft and heritage sectors.
Dalia El-Baz, Chairperson of the National Postal Authority, stated: "Egypt Post is always keen to participate in the 'Turathna' Exhibition with the aim of supporting artisans and owners of small and micro-enterprises. This is achieved by providing advanced postal, logistical, and financial solutions that contribute to facilitating the delivery of products to customers, enhancing growth opportunities for local projects, supporting creative and craft industries, and promoting Egyptian heritage identity."
She explained that Egypt Post offers, through its pavilion at the exhibition, a diverse range of shipping and delivery services, including "Wasalha" and "EasyBox" services. This enables exhibitors and visitors to ship products and purchases across the Republic with ease and safety, while benefiting from a 20% discount on "Wasalha" shipping rates throughout the exhibition period. This comes as part of Egypt Post's commitment to offering competitive advantages that support project owners and artisans, helping them reach a larger customer base.
Dalia El-Baz added that Egypt Post provides advanced solutions for product delivery and cash-on-delivery collection from customers, which contributes to facilitating buy-and-sell operations, supports the growth of e-commerce, and opens broader horizons for artisans and entrepreneurs to develop their business activities and easily access local and international markets. Additionally, Egypt Post provides a mobile post office equipped with an automated teller machine (ATM), offering all financial, postal, and governmental services to exhibition visitors, allowing them to conveniently meet their needs throughout the duration of the exhibition.
