Cairo – Mubasher: Bonyan for Development and Trade announced the execution of a treasury share buyback transaction during last Thursday's session.
According to the company's disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) today, 500 thousand treasury shares were purchased during the trading session on October 15, 2026.
This comes with reference to the decision of the company's Board of Directors held on October 6, 2026, regarding the purchase of treasury shares.
