Cairo – Mubasher: Premier Healthcare Group announced the issuance of a Public Prosecution decision lifting the ban and seizure on funds in a number of cases.
According to the company's disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) today, Sunday, this included Case No. 3729 of 2026, Fifth Settlement Felonies, registered under No. 154 of 2026, New Cairo Total, as well as the inventory decisions in Case Nos. (27 of 2025 Supreme Public Funds Investigation Inventory, 142 of 2025 Public Funds Incoming Inventory, and 22 of 2026 Supreme Public Funds Felonies).
The company added that, based on that decision, banking procedures were completed, and a total amount of EGP 535,126,268 was fully transferred to the company's account.
The company's management confirmed that the amount has been incorporated and actually deposited into the company's official bank account, and the necessary accounting procedures are underway to reflect this event in the company's financial position.
