Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Beni Suef Cement announced the execution of a new treasury share buyback transaction.
The company stated in a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) today that it repurchased 55.331 thousand treasury shares during the trading session on October 15, 2026.
This comes in implementation of the Board of Directors' decision convened on August 11, 2026, regarding the buyback of a total of 2,751,116 treasury shares.
Accordingly, the total number of shares executed from the beginning of the notification to date stands at approximately 373,412 shares.
