Cairo – Moby: South Cairo & Giza Flour Mills & Bakery announced the result of the public auction session for the sale of Diab Ghanem Shouna land.
According to the company's disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) today, the price per square meter reached EGP 23.050 thousand, which is the highest price reached during the auction session for the land area totaling (90.6 square meters).
The company noted that the winning bidder completed the initial deposit to 10% of the sale value, in addition to the valuation and expertise commission and the value-added tax due thereon in accordance with the terms and conditions booklet, with the refund of deposits to the remaining bidders, and presenting the matter to the competent authority to take appropriate action.
