According to the income statement submitted to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) today, gross profit surged by 161% to EGP 3.024 billion during the period from January to September 2026, compared to EGP 1.156 billion in the comparative period.

Heliopolis Housing's operating revenues rose to EGP 3.473 billion during the same period, compared to EGP 1.274 billion in the same period last year.
Gross Profit Margin Records 87%
The gross profit margin recorded 87% during the first nine months of the current year, compared to 90% in the corresponding period.
Earnings Per Share Records EGP 0.53
Basic earnings per share reached EGP 0.53 during the same period, compared to EGP 0.27 in the same period last year.
