Hamdy Ahmed _ Intro Holding has signed a partnership and management agreement with Mona El Helou, the Chief Executive Officer of M Squared, the group's real estate arm. Under the agreement, Mona El Helou becomes a partner in the company and assumes its management as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2026.
Mona El Helou brings 25 years of experience in real estate development and investment banking. Prior to assuming her new role, she served as Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Committee Member at Talaat Moustafa Group for five and a half years, and previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Palm Hills Developments.
The partnership aims to align the vision of M Squared's leadership and shareholders regarding a long-term growth plan. Mona El Helou will lead the company's strategy, project execution, and expansion to become one of the premier real estate development companies in the region over the coming years.
Ayman Mamdouh Abbas, Managing Partner of Intro Holding, stated that the company has confidence in the Egyptian economy in general, and in the resilience and long-term potential of the real estate sector in particular, expressing his gratitude to Karim Malash and the company's leadership team for their efforts and the solid foundations they established over the past period.
