Hamdy Ahmed _ El Gouna, a subsidiary of Orascom Development Egypt, has launched "Najan", a new residential project with a distinctive character spanning an area of 41,300 square meters in the western zone of the city.
The Najan project features a variety of residential units within low-rise buildings that combine traditional architectural style with modern design.
For his part, Mohamed Amer, CEO of El Gouna Red Sea and Managing Director of Orascom Development Egypt, stated that El Gouna was established around water; since the beginning, the lagoons have contributed to shaping the nature of movement within the city, determining the gathering places of residents, and transforming a part of the Red Sea coast into a city that many have chosen to be their home.
Amer added that through the Najan project, we return to this original concept and present it in a new way, through a residential neighborhood where residents can step out of their homes and walk along quiet pathways to find themselves close to the water.
