Hamdy Ahmed_ Amer Group plans to achieve EGP 200 billion in sales from the Porto Grandi New El Alamein project over a period of 8 years.
Dalia El-Kordi, the company's Chief Commercial Officer, told "Hapi" during a roundtable organized by the company on Monday that these sales will be achieved by selling 60,000 units within the project.
El-Kordi pointed out that the project includes 5,000 hotel units, distributed across 750 hotel rooms within 5 hotels, each with a capacity of 150 rooms, in addition to 4,250 serviced apartments.
Selling 500 units within the first phase.. and we target reaching 800 units by the end of the year
The Chief Commercial Officer of Amer Group revealed that the company launched the first phase of the project yesterday and targeted selling 200 units, but instead sold 500 units, aiming to reach 800 units by the end of the current year.
El-Kordi noted that this phase will be delivered within 4 years, while the entire project will be delivered within 8 years.
She revealed the injection of EGP 750 million into project construction during 2026, explaining that the project is built on an area of 388 feddans.
El-Kordi stated that Amer Group's current hotel portfolio reaches 1,000 rooms across hotels in Port Said, Ain Sokhna, and Marina.
