Cairo – Mubasher: Wadi Kom Ombo Land Reclamation Company announced the record date and distribution date for the bonus shares resulting from the company's capital increase.
In a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange today, the company clarified that the record date for shareholders and purchasers of the stock is by the end of the trading session on Tuesday, corresponding to November 3 next.
It added that it has been decided to distribute the bonus shares at a rate of (0.5) share; starting from the date of Wednesday, corresponding to November 4 next.
The company pointed out that the bonus shares will be distributed while taking into consideration the rounding up of fractions in favor of small shareholders from the smallest to the largest until the quantity is exhausted; through Misr Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR), and after the issuance of the Listing Committee's decision approving the increase.
