Cairo – Mubasher: Walshy Securities Brokerage stated that shareholder Mohamed Ayman Kamal El-Din Qorra has increased his stake in the subscription rights of Qorra Energy and Investment Projects from 72.46% to 74.05%.
The company explained in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange today that the shareholder purchased 32.14 million shares with a total value of EGP 85.37 million, at an average purchase price of EGP 2.66 per share.
It pointed out that the total percentage of the shareholder and his related group increased from 86.55% before execution to 88.14% after execution.
