Nakhla explained in statements to Hapi Journal portal that the company relies on several sources to finance its activities, including banks, investment funds, and asset management, alongside securitization programs and debt instrument issuances, to provide the necessary funding for individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
He added that “MNT-Halan” maintains strong relationships with the banking sector in Egypt, dealing with around 34 to 35 banks, noting that this cooperation represents a fundamental pillar in providing the necessary financing for clients, particularly owners of small and medium-sized enterprises.
He confirmed the continuation of the company's plans to float new issuances of debt instruments during the coming period, without disclosing their target value, indicating that the details will be announced upon the completion of the procedures related to each issuance.
Regarding the geographical distribution of business, Nakhla pointed out that the company subject to the offering on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) focuses its operations entirely on the local market, explaining that 100% of this company's business is concentrated in Egypt, and that its current strategy aims to continue operating in the Egyptian market.
