Cairo – Mubasher: The Listing Committee of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) decided to list the shares of the issued and paid-up capital increase for Wadi Kom Ombo Land Reclamation Company, from EGP 28 million to EGP 42 million.

The EGX stated in a release today that this represents an increase of EGP 14 million through the issuance of 2.8 million shares at a par value of EGP 5 per share (at a rate of 0.5 bonus shares for each original share prior to the increase), funded from the retained earnings appearing in the financial statements for the financial year ended on 30/06/2025. The increase represents the (tenth issuance) on the Egyptian securities listing table "shares".

It clarified that the right to the bonus distribution (at a rate of 0.5 bonus share for every one original share) is for the buyer of the share until the end of the trading session on Tuesday, 03/11/2026.

The committee agreed to list the company's shares after the bonus increase on the database, while setting a reference price on the company's shares starting from the beginning of the trading session on Wednesday, 04/11/2026.

The committee approved imposing a financial obligation on the company amounting to EGP 10,000, due to its violation of the provisions of Article (26) of the Rules for Listing and Delisting Securities on the Egyptian Exchange and Article (26) of its Executive Procedures, in accordance with the contract for regulating the listing of securities on the EGX schedules concluded with the company, while granting the company a grace period of 15 days to pay the financial obligation starting from the date of notifying it of the Listing Committee's decision.
