Cairo – Mubasher: Pioneers Properties for Urban Development – PRE Group announced the execution of a new treasury share buyback transaction during yesterday's session, Tuesday.
According to today's disclosure, the company purchased 400,000 treasury shares during the trading session on October 20, 2026.
Accordingly, the total number of shares executed from the date of the notification (submitted on October 14 regarding the completion of purchasing 9,993,491 shares) to date reached approximately 2.61 million shares.
