Cairo – Mubasher: Wellzy Securities Brokerage stated that the shareholder Mohamed Ayman Kamal El-Din Mohamed Abdel Khaleq Qara has reduced his stake in the capital of Qara Energy and Investment Projects from 68.46% to 60.26%.
The company explained in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) today that the shareholder sold 184.52 million shares with a total value of EGP 454.94 million, at an average selling price of EGP 2.466 per share.
It pointed out that the total percentage of the shareholder and his related group decreased from 82.46% before execution to 74.26% after execution.
