Cairo – Mubasher: The Board of Directors of Wadi Kom Ombo Land Reclamation Company approved increasing the company's authorized capital from EGP 50 million to EGP 150 million.
The company stated in a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange today that the board approved, in its meeting held on October 20, 2026, Form 48 regarding the increase of the authorized capital.
It added that the board decided to delegate the Executive Managing Director, in coordination with the Holding Company for Land Reclamation and Groundwater Research, to call for the General Assembly meeting to amend Articles 6 and 7 of the company's Articles of Association, after obtaining the approval of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
