Cairo – Mubasher: The Board of Directors of Orascom Investment Holding has approved the transfer of the company's entire stake in Nubay FZCO.
The company stated in a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange today that the transferred stake represents 57% of Nubay's capital, amounting to 285 shares.
It added that the stake will be transferred to Plumes Investment RSC LTD for a total consideration of AED 191,590.
