Rana Mamdouh _ The Board of Directors of Orascom Investment Holding approved the transfer of the company's entire stake in Nubay, representing 57% of its capital amounting to 285 shares, to Blooms Investment RSC Limited.
The company stated in its disclosure sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) today that the transfer transaction will be executed for an amount of AED 191,590.
It is worth noting that Orascom Investment Holding recorded consolidated net losses of EGP 524.126 million during the six months ending last June, compared to EGP 619.528 million in the comparative period, a decrease of 15.4%, taking into account minority interests.
Operating revenues rose to EGP 1.739 billion during the same period, compared to EGP 163.434 million in the same period last year.
