Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Beni Suef Cement Company announced the execution of a new treasury stock purchase transaction.
The company stated in a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange today that it purchased 74.78 thousand treasury shares during the trading session on October 21, 2026.
This came in execution of the Board of Directors' resolution issued on August 11, 2026, regarding the purchase of a total of 2,751,116 treasury shares.
Accordingly, the total number of shares executed from the beginning of the notification to date amounts to approximately 493.44 thousand shares.
