Hamdy Ahmed — Regent Signature Developments has signed a strategic partnership with Campbell Gray Hotels & Resorts to manage and operate its flagship project, The Vie West Cairo.
The project is an integrated wellness-based branded residential destination with total investments exceeding EGP 17 billion.
Under this partnership, the project's hospitality ecosystem will be integrated with a brand affiliated with the Campbell Gray group, namely PUREGRAY, which introduces a wellness development concept to the project through services and experiences combining fitness, relaxation, and physical and mental health care.
For his part, Eng. Mohab El-Tabei, Founder and CEO of Regent Signature Developments, stated that this partnership represents a major step in executing the company's vision to develop integrated branded communities that go beyond the traditional concept of real estate development by engaging international partners with specialized expertise in hospitality and wellness.
El-Tabei added that the partnership combines the standards of hospitality and wellness to deliver genuine and sustainable value to clients and investors.
The Vie West Cairo is Regent Signature Developments' flagship project in West Cairo, spanning an area of approximately 40 acres with total investments exceeding EGP 17 billion—including over EGP 15 billion for the residential component and more than EGP 2 billion for the hospitality components—while expected residential revenues for the project exceed EGP 25 billion.
The project features two boutique hotels with a total capacity of approximately 100 hotel rooms, alongside 400 branded residences.
