Cairo – Mubasher: Welzy Brokerage stated that shareholder Mohamed Ayman Kamal El-Din Mohamed Abdel-Khaleq Qora has reduced his stake in the capital of Qora Energy Projects & Investment Company from 60.26% to 51.26%.
The company explained, in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) today, that the shareholder sold 202.58 million shares for a total value of EGP 409.31 million, at an average selling price of EGP 2.021 per share.
It pointed out that the total percentage held by the shareholder and his associated group decreased from 74.26% before the transaction to 65.26% after execution.
