Cairo – Mubasher: Pioneers Properties for Urban Development announced the execution of a treasury share buyback transaction.
In a disclosure submitted to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the company clarified that it executed the purchase of 593,689 thousand shares during yesterday's trading session, Sunday, October 25, 2026.
Accordingly, the total number of shares executed from the date of notification to date reached approximately 3.603 million shares.
This comes with reference to the Board of Directors' meeting held on August 22, 2026, and to the notification submitted to the EGX on October 14, 2026, regarding the resumption of the treasury share buyback for 9,993,491 shares.
