Cairo – Mubasher: Banque Du Caire announced the results of the subscription coverage for the private placement tranche of its shares on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
According to the bank's disclosure to the EGX today, the subscription for this tranche was covered 6.0 times.
The bank clarified that, excluding the number of shares allocated to qualified investors previously disclosed on October 19 and 22, 2026, the coverage ratio for the private placement tranche reached 19.8 times.
The bank added that the coverage results for this tranche, pursuant to the book building mechanism, resulted in determining the final price of Banque Du Caire's shares at EGP 5.30 per share.
The bank noted that the deadline for registering public offering orders is October 28, 2026.
