Cairo – Mubasher: The Board of Directors of Maritime and Petroleum Services – Maridive approved the capital expenditures for purchasing and finalizing the procedures for purchasing a new under-construction offshore unit of the (AHTS) type, operating on a diesel-electric propulsion system.
The company explained in a disclosure sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) that the value of the deal is approximately 16 million US dollars.
It confirmed that the provisions of Article 44 of the Listing Rules do not apply to the purchase transaction.
