Cairo – Mubasher: Bonyan Development and Trade announced the execution of a treasury share buyback transaction.
In a disclosure sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the company explained that 2.453 million shares of the company's capital were repurchased during the trading session on October 26, 2026.
Accordingly, the total number of shares repurchased from the date of notification to date reached approximately 18.325 million shares.
