Cairo – Mubasher: Trading of the subscription rights for the capital increase of Qara Energy and Investment Projects Company expires during today's session, Tuesday.
This coincides with the expiration of the date for listing the subscription rights separately from the stock by the end of today's trading session, Tuesday.
It is worth noting that the subscription for the company's capital increase commenced on Sunday, October 18 current, and will end on November 1, 2026 (the subscription period may be closed in the event that the full subscription value is covered).
The subscription value amounting to 20 piasters per share, in addition to 0.5 piaster issuance expenses per share, shall be paid through the branches of Qatar National Bank Alahli (QNB).
