Cairo – Mubasher: Shareholder Mohamed Ashraf Omar Omar executed a buy transaction on the shares of Lecico Egypt.
According to the disclosure form sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the shareholder purchased 112,000 shares of the company's capital at an average price of EGP 30.7807 per share.
The total value of the transaction amounted to approximately EGP 3.447 million, executed on October 26, 2026, through Beltone Securities Brokerage.
Following the execution, the transaction increased the shareholder's stake from 4.895% to 5.035% of the company's capital.
