Cairo – Mubasher: GPI for Urban Growth announced the disclosure form regarding the use of capital increase subscription proceeds as of September 30, 2026.
The disclosure clarified that the total value of subscription proceeds amounted to EGP 100 million, while the total actual usage of proceeds reached approximately EGP 85.92 million by the end of September 2026.
The key details of the usage of proceeds and the status of the projects are as follows:
– Purchasing a commercial space on El-Nile Street (Agouza District), Giza Governorate, which is currently being notarized at the Real Estate Registration Office.
– Purchasing an administrative space on the third floor of the Medical Tower – Dar Al Fouad Hospital in Nasr City from Cairo Scan for Radiology & Analysis, which was leased back to the same company for a monthly rental value of EGP 935,000, with an annual compound increase of 10%.
– 97% completion of Plot 59 Project in accordance with the license, with public utilities currently being connected.
The company added that the remaining balance of the proceeds stands at approximately EGP 14.07 million.
