Cairo – Mubarak: The Securities Listing Committee has decided to list the capital increase shares of the issued and paid-up capital of Suez Canal Bank, increasing it from EGP 10 billion to EGP 15 billion.

According to a disclosure by the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) today, the EGP 5 billion increase is carried out through the issuance of 500 million shares with a nominal value of EGP 10 per share (at a rate of 0.5 bonus share for every original share prior to the increase).

The increase is funded from the shareholders' share in profit distributions in accordance with the financial statements for the fiscal year ended in 2025.
