Cairo – Mubasher: The Securities Listing Committee has decided to list the amendment to the corporate purpose of Novida for Investment and Technology.
According to a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange today, the amendment included adding certain activities and reformulating the company's purpose as follows:
Establishing, managing, and operating centers for the development, production, design, and maintenance of all types of software and electronic applications, etc.
Providing electronic payment and collection services.
Real estate investment and development inside and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the purchase and ownership of land and real estate for the purpose of their development and improvement, etc.
Operating in the field of tourism and hotels through establishing, owning, operating, managing, and leasing hotels, resorts, tourist villages, and hotel and tourism projects, etc.
The company is committed not to engage in the "electronic payment and collection services" activity except after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), in accordance with the undertaking submitted by the company's legal representative.
