Cairo – Mubasher: Bonyan Development and Trade announced the execution of a treasury shares buyback transaction.
The company clarified in a disclosure sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) that 1.84 million shares of the company's capital were purchased during the trading session on October 28, 2026.
Accordingly, the total number of shares purchased from the notification date to date reached approximately 19.89 million shares.
