Cairo – Mubasher: Pioneers Properties for Urban Development announced the execution of a treasury share buyback transaction.
The company stated, in a disclosure sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), that it executed the purchase of 270 thousand shares during yesterday's trading session, Sunday, October 25, 2026.
Accordingly, the total number of shares executed from the notification date to date stands at approximately 20.66 million shares.
This comes in reference to the Board of Directors' meeting held on August 22, 2026, and the notification submitted to the EGX on October 14, 2026.
