Norhan supports and organizes the day-to-day workflow across the corporate services, litigation and legal procedures departments, by coordinating meetings and internal workflows, managing legal documents and correspondence, and following up on client requests, while maintaining continuous and effective communication with clients, partners and relevant parties. She also contributes to preparing operational reports, organizing legal records and files, updating databases, and following up on hearings, appointments and important procedures, ensuring regular operations and a smooth workflow within the firm.

Before joining Hosny & Partners, Norhan worked at Fawry Plus in customer service and sales, where she gained practical experience in digital banking services, financial operations, dealing with customers, complaints management and sales. She also joined training programs at Emirates NBD and the National Bank of Egypt, which gave her practical exposure to the banking work environment and the mechanisms of financial operations and services.

Norhan combines her legal background with her practical experience in financial and administrative fields, which has helped her develop strong skills in organization, prioritization and coordination between teams, as well as effective communication and the ability to handle multiple work demands efficiently and professionally.
