Hassan Mostafa Elgazzar

Hassan Mostafa Elgazzar has professional experience in corporate matters, commercial transactions and capital markets. He provides legal support to companies and clients in corporate structuring, incorporation procedures and amendments, governance, regulatory compliance, trademark registration and the protection of intellectual property rights, in addition to handling procedures before the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) and the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).

His experience extends to litigation and dispute resolution, where he has managed numerous civil and commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, corporate disputes, and disputes arising from capital market transactions and regulatory matters. Hassan is distinguished by his ability to combine advisory work with dispute management, enabling him to provide integrated legal solutions that combine legal prevention with effective treatment when a dispute arises.

Hassan holds a Bachelor of Laws (English Section) from Cairo University, a diploma in administrative law, and a Master’s degree in private law from Ain Shams University.
