FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which authority handles small, medium and micro enterprises?
The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA) applies Law No. 152 of 2020, including classifying enterprises and issuing the certificates needed to benefit from incentives.
What benefits does the law give these enterprises?
The law offers tax and non-tax incentives to eligible enterprises, as well as easier licensing and financing, depending on the enterprise's classification and turnover. We review your situation and explain the incentives you can benefit from.
Can an existing informal business be regularised?
Yes. The law provides procedures to regularise businesses operating in the informal economy and makes licensing easier. We prepare the documents and follow the procedures with the agency and the competent authorities.
What do you offer start-up founders?
We help choose the right legal form, incorporate and register the company, draft founders' and investors' agreements and core commercial contracts, and protect the trademark from day one.
